Tagliatelle tricolori (dreifarbig). Hergestellt nach alten italienischen Rezept mit Bronzeformen. Diese Nudeln bringen Farbe auf den Teller und schmecken besonders fein, z. B. mit einer Pilz-Sahnesauce oder Lachs-Sahnesauce. Pasta fino Nudeln stehen für erstklassige Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und besten Zutaten. Tagliatelle tricolori, Teigware aus 100% Hartweizengrieß. Vegane Nudeln. Kochzeit: 10 Minuten.

Italienischer HARTWEIZENGRIEß, Wasser, Chili 3%, Spinat 3%

Verkersbezeichnung: Tagliatelle tricolori 500g
Anwendung: Zubereitungsempfehlung Großen Topf mit ausreichend Wasser aufstellen und Salz zugeben. Für 100g Trockenpasta werden 1 Liter Wasser und 5g Salz benötigt. Sobald das Wasser kocht, die Pasta hinein geben und nach empfohlener Kochzeit bissfest kochen. Danach abschütten und mit Olivenöl vermengen. Sofort servieren.
